the Truck
Do you park at a regular spot or come by reservation only?
We’re not your average corner taco truck — Flavor on Wheels runs by reservation only. You book us, we show up. Whether it's a party, office lunch, or backyard hangout, we roll where you need us.
How far in advance should I book the truck?
At least 3 days in advance is golden. But if it’s a last-minute hunger emergency, hit us up — we’ll try to make magic happen.
Can I mix cuisines in one order?
Heck yes. Grab a bulgogi taco, a side of mango lassi, and finish with some butter chicken. No judgment here — it’s your flavor adventure.
Is the food cooked fresh on-site?
Always. No pre-cooked nonsense. You’ll see our team grilling, flipping, frying, and stirring it up fresh when we park.
Is your food spicy?
Only if you want it to be. We’ve got flavor-packed dishes for every heat level — from "I love flavor" to "my tongue is on fire." Just let us know.
How do I pay — before or after?
We take payment once your booking is confirmed. Easy peasy. No awkward wallet-fumbling after your third samosa.
Do you offer vegan or gluten-free options?
Absolutely. Saag Paneer? We can do it vegan. Tacos? We’ve got corn tortillas. Just tell us what you need, and we’ll take care of it.
What if it rains on the event day?
We’ve got you. Our truck’s covered, and we’re built for any forecast. Worst case? We switch up the parking spot. But the food’s still coming hot.
